Bliss Mgt, LLC is an adults only (No Kids), Couples only, specialty travel company. It is aimed at providing high quality personal travel experiences to those unique niche clients who value an environment which allows freedom of choice and the recognition to express themselves. We value being partners with experienced travel agents specializing in this niche and being innovative in developing adventures for clients to experience. Our goal is to be always improving with each new charter over the previous one and creating memories that will last a lifetime. We specialize in producing cruises specifically for adults that want to have a vacation experience that is a hiatus from dealing with the typical obligation that come with raising children or want to be in a holiday environment without sharing their vacation with families that have their children on board.
The principals of the company are four couples, two of which own large successful travel agencies, one owning a successful social media marketing company and the other that has years of experience dealing with the cruise lines running groups and full charters. Our collective quest is to provide a vacation experience for couples that will exceed our client's expectations, and offer an enriching and fulfilling experience where adult couples can travel to exotic ports of call, without the hassle of families with kids aboard as well as meet other like-minded couples in a nonjudgmental environment. Our cruises are generally scheduled to leave from Florida ports and sail the Eastern and Western Caribbean for between 5 and 8 days and have as many as 4,000 people aboard.
Brian was a perfect choice as partner for Bliss Cruise. He was chosen as the first president of Bliss Cruise by a unanimous vote of the partners due to his leadership ability and great business sense. His ability to market in social media platforms is second to none and his work with Vegas conventions and magazine marketing, as well as, relationships with marketing groups and resorts was instrumental in bringing the cruise industry together to make this company the new gold standard.
Jim & Donna aka James & Champagne, met at the Houston International airport when Jim asked for a pen in 1981. They married at that gate 8 years later on Jan 29, 1989. During their first 8 years together, they grew in a new direction learning new things about themselves and the World around them. Their hobby was traveling to European resorts which they turned into a business when they opened FOX Travel, an American Express affiliated company, in 1984. They started setting up group trips to Jamaica and in 1991, after they had been fielding questions about travel to these various resorts, they decided to slow their corporate travel division and go into the FUN/PARTY travel business . Through all the years they credit their ability to "talk about anything" to their loving partnership .... alive with adventure, FUN, laughter and discovery.
With their role as primary supplier to many of the couples only cruises that occurred before Bliss, they were in the unique position to be one of the general partners of Bliss Cruise. Shelley is the CFO of the corporation and Joe manages the ever expanding list of Bliss Travel Agents. They also manage the day-to-day administrative operations of Bliss Cruise. With the first ship a complete sellout several months before sailing, and sell outs of all the cruises and several more ships scheduled over the months to come, it is certain they will be working hard with their partners, the cruise lines, travel affiliates and all of the thousands of clients who book these ships building Bliss Cruise into a multi-national company.
Wayne & Haiyan are just ecstatic to be part of the Bliss management team and being part of this inaugural experience. More specifically, Wayne is the Bliss Vice President of Cruise Logistics and Operations, working closely with every department on the ship, ensuring that every need of our clients is being satisfied. Have a question about the ship or if something can be done on the ship? You now know who to ask. They also are involved as wholesale agents and have been responsible for setting up numerous European and Asian affiliates to market Bliss. With several Bliss charters completed and several more are under contract there is an exciting future that lies ahead.
Janis serves as Production Manager for Bliss Cruise and joined the team in late 2014, one year in advance of our inaugural charter. No stranger to larger gatherings, Janis has served in a variety of executive and event management positions in her career including business ownership. She transitioned into the adult lifestyle in 2010 and is the past founder of ShareNation Events, Inc. For Bliss Cruise, Janis helps develop and shape the Bliss Cruise mission, and most importantly, directs its team to meet the needs of the complex nature of executing a lifestyle charter. Janis resides in the state of North Carolina.
Tania started out sailing as a Bliss Cruise team member in 2016 and has been the Event Coordinator since 2019. As the Bliss Cruise Event Coordinator she works as part of the Production Team to assist in the development of the cruise entertainment program as well as many other things involved in the development of the cruise.
