Can others on the Bliss App see my name?
You have full control over your privacy and what is displayed on your Profile Details screen and Chats. For each User in your Profile, you can configure "Preferred Name" - what you specify here will be used in Profile Details and in Chats. Your "Preferred Name" will be autopopulated with the first name on your reservation so it is important that you change it if you do not want the name on your reservation shown to others.
Can I use the Bliss App onboard the charter if I have not purchased an internet package?
Yes! You do not need to purchase an internet package to use the Bliss App while onboard the charter. You do need to connect to the ship’s wifi and select, Free Wifi for App Use.
Are there any restrictions with photos I upload?
A picture is required for each couple’s profile. Each person in the couple must also upload a photo to their account. We encourage all users to use photos that are representative of who they are in order to keep the Bliss Community a fun and thriving place for like-minded people.

How do I delete my account?
It is important that you are aware that once your account is deleted, you will lose all information, including photos, chats and liked/booked events.
If after contacting the Bliss App support, you still wish to delete your account, you can do so by navigating to Account Settings by clicking on your profile photo in the Header of the Home Page and at the bottom of the screen, select “Delete Account”.
How can I review, update, or delete the data we collect from you?
Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence in the US, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please fill out and submit a data subject access request.
Upon receiving a request to know or a request to delete, Bliss Cruise will confirm receipt of the request within 10 calendar days and provide information about how Bliss Cruise will process the request.
Bliss Cruise shall respond to requests to know and requests to delete within 45 calendar days. Bliss Cruise may take up to 90 days total to respond to your request. If more than 45 days are required, we'll send you a notice explaining the reason for the delay.
